MITIC TRAIL DESERT is a stage trail running in the dune of Erfoud (Morocco), based in a trip of 5 days, including parallel activities. An experience for participants and companions. Stages are of 15 k per day with altitude gained less than 100m per day, over a land and sand surfaces.
DAY 1
(Half Board) Departure in the morning from the BARCELONA airport by direct flight to Fez (Morocco). Pick up at the airport and departure by bus to the desert, making stops along the way to eat and rest (Food on behalf of customers). We will arrive at Erfoud, the door of the desert, late in the afternoon, where a welcome reception will be prepared for a first contact with local culture and customs. Dinner and overnight at hotel 4 ****.
DAY 2
(Full board) Breakfast and transfer to the starting point of the FIRST STAGE of 15 km, which can be followed at all times by the companions.
Arrival at the finish line at the Dune D’Or hostel, on the edge of the fine sand dunes of the Erg Chebbi, where you can relax after a solid refreshment for everyone and enjoy the incomparable desert environment or, if you wish, take a bath in the pool.
We will eat and in the afternoon we will leave in 4 × 4 vehicles along the track that covered the Paris-Dakar rally, visiting the nomadic families that we find along the way until we reach the fossil quarries with millions of years old. Return to the lodge to admire the sunset. Dinner and accommodation.
DAY 3
(Full board) Breakfast and departure at 8.00 a.m. on the SECOND STAGE of the race through the hamada and the dunes, ending at the Haimas camp.
The companions will be transferred in 4 × 4 vehicles following the course of the race. Upon arrival at the finish line, we can enjoy a snack at the camp and then we will all move to the Alí el Cojo Hostel to eat, visit the oasis or enjoy the pool.
In the afternoon we will do a solidarity event, delivering clothes and shoes to a local organization and visit Khamlia, the town of the descendants of sub-Saharan slaves, to enjoy their dances and hospitality.
We will return to the camp for dinner and spend the night in the dunes, where we can admire the incredible spectacle that the starry sky offers us in the desert and live the experience of sleeping in the haimas.
DAY 4
(Full board) On this day we advise you to get up early to be able to attend the sunrise in the middle of the desert.
After breakfast we will move at 7.30hrs to the starting point of the THIRD STAGE of the race, which will cross several villages and whose goal will be in the hostel of Ali the Cojo. There we will eat and the awards ceremony and the farewell party will take place.
In the afternoon we will go by bus to Midelt where we will have dinner and spend the night.
DAY 5
(Breakfast) After breakfast we will continue the route to the Fez airport, where we will end the adventure in Morocco and take the plane to Barcelona.

- Dromedary excursion entering the dunes.
- Rental of quads and buggies to enjoy in the sea of dunes of Erg Chebbi.
- 4 × 4 excursion to feel as if you were in the Paris-Dakar Rally.
