Nordic skiing is one of the healthiest and least damaging sports disciplines that exist because, when sliding, there is practically no impact, in addition, the upper and lower body muscle groups are worked at the same time.
Muscle fatigue is lower than other exercises and yet it has great cardiovascular benefits since we also practice it at altitude and thus help us improve fitness.
