DOCUMENTATION
Valid passport with a minimum validity of six months for Spanish citizens. No visa is necessary.
Other nationalities consult with their consulates. Some nationalities need a visa before arrival.

CURRENCY
The Moroccan currency is the dirham. There are tickets of 10, 50, 100 and 200 Dhs and coins of 1, 5 and 10 Dhs and 5, 10, 20 and 50 cents. At the exchange rate, € 1 equals approximately 10 Dhs.
Changing money in the street is illegal. It must be done in banks, hotels or in authorized establishments. You can also get money at ATMs. If you prefer to take money from here, your bank can provide it. LANGUAGE

HEALTH
No vaccine or special treatment is required for travelers from Europe. It is convenient to carry a small travel kit that includes analgesics, antidiarrheals and mosquito repellent. People who take medication regularly should take it with them, since they cannot always get it at local pharmacies. Health is not free.
Although there is no need to fear health risks, heat and eating changes can cause some intestinal disorders. We advise elementary precautions, such as drinking mineral water and avoiding drinking something that is not bottled.
