Equipment of
Nepal Marathon

The organization has looked for the best dates (October) to avoid the heat, cold and the monsoon effect, so dry weather is assumed and without major alterations but this is not under control, even so, the environmental conditions are different from the start at 4000m altitude to the finish area in Pisang at 3200m altitude so the temperature may vary. Likewise, the weather can be changeable in the mountains.

A temperature is foreseen that could vary from 5ºC at the start to 20ºC at the time of the year of the celebration, so the organization will have a point where the participant could unload clothes such as gloves, hat, jacket if it were of a nuisance.
