If the organization has to cancel due to a pandemic, the amount would be refunded to the participant or a change to a new date would be proposed.
If the participant cancels their registration for personal reasons, this cancellation policy will apply:
| Notice in the last 3 months prior to the event | 25% cancellation fee applies |
| Notice in the last 2 months prior to the event | 50% cancellation fee applies |
| Notice in the Last 30 days before the event: | 100% Cancellation fee applies |
